At check-in, all guests must present valid identification and proof of ongoing travel.

– We have a strict policy against groups exceeding 4 individuals. If your group consists of 3 or more, you may be assigned to different dorm rooms. Additionally, should the group’s behavior be evaluated as inappropriate, the Zostel Property Manager reserves the right to take necessary actions, which may include immediate cancellation without a refund.

– Children under 18 years old are not allowed to enter or stay at any of our hostels, regardless of whether they’re accompanied by guardians. We do not suggest family stays.

– Our typical check-in time is 12 PM, and the standard check-out time is 10 AM.

– We only accept government-issued IDs as valid identification. Local IDs will not be accepted during check-in.

– Guests are not allowed to bring external visitors onto the hostel premises.

– We encourage self-service and do not offer luggage assistance or room service.

– The use of drugs and any form of substance abuse is strictly prohibited inside and around the premises.

– Alcohol consumption is also strictly forbidden within and near the property.
