Furthermore, if any group’s behavior is considered inappropriate, the Zostel Property Manager reserves the right to take necessary actions, which may include immediate cancellation without refunds.
– Children under 18 years of age are prohibited from entering or staying at any of our hostels, regardless of whether they are accompanied by guardians. We do not recommend our facilities for families.
– We only accept a government-issued ID as valid identification proof. Local IDs will not be recognized during check-in.
– Guests are not allowed to bring outsiders into the hostel area.
– We promote self-service and do not offer luggage assistance or room service.
– Alcohol consumption is allowed on the premises at the discretion of the property and in accordance with local laws. Outside alcohol is prohibited in dorm rooms and common areas, though it is permitted in private rooms.
