As of 1st January 2023, a tourist fee of RM 10 per room per night will be charged to all foreign guests. This fee is not included in the room price and must be settled at check-in. Guests holding a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt from this charge. Beginning 1st March 2022, the State of Pahang has implemented a local government fee (Sustainability Charge) of MYR 3 per room per night for all hotel residents, payable directly to the hotel during check-in.
