* The hotel provides options for rates that include breakfast as well as those that do not.

* Please be aware that the breakfast rates presented during the booking process are charged per person, per day.

* It’s important to review the booking confirmation voucher. If the voucher states that there is no meal plan associated with the booked room, it indicates that breakfast is not included. In this scenario, breakfast can be purchased as an additional service directly at the hotel. Charges are applied per person, per day.

* The 10% service fee is excluded from the reservation total and will be billed at check-in for refundable policy bookings, or at any time for flexible/non-refundable bookings.

* The hotel has the right to charge the full amount for the stay, including the 10% service fee, at any point after booking in the case of flexible/non-refundable reservations.

* For inquiries regarding the reversal of incorrect charges, guests should reach out to the hotel directly.

* Payment methods accepted by the hotel include cash, debit cards (national cards), and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Elo – both national and international). We do not accept checks as payment.

* For payments in installments, only credit cards issued within Brazil will be accepted. Additional hosting fees cannot be split into installments under any circumstances.

* A crib or extra bed can be provided based on hotel availability. Confirmation of the crib or extra bed is guaranteed only for reservations made for triple occupancy.

* As per art. 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for accommodation. The minor must also present either an identity card or birth certificate, along with written authorization from their guardians, duly notarized.

* For guests arriving in the morning prior to the standard check-in time (ECI), pre-registration is required, which ensures the room will be available upon arrival and will incur a full charge for an additional night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, there will be a charge of an extra 50% (LCO) of the full rate, and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Availability should be confirmed with the hotel beforehand.

Guests must present a photo ID and credit card at check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are contingent on availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests are encouraged to inform Windsor Oceanico Hotel ahead of their expected arrival time. This can be done using the Special Requests box during booking or by directly contacting the property using the contact information provided in the confirmation.

Parking will be based on availability due to limited spots.

Guests under 18 can only check in when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
