* Accepted payment methods include cash (in local currency), debit card (domestic cards), or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Elo – domestic or international). The hotel does not accept checks as a payment form.

* For installment payments, only credit cards issued in Brazil will be accepted. Additional accommodation fees cannot be settled in installments under any circumstances.

* Availability of cribs or extra beds is contingent upon the hotel’s capacity. Bed confirmations are guaranteed only for reservations in triple rooms.

* According to Article 82 of the Child and Adolescent Statute, minor guests (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The minor must present an identification card or birth certificate, along with a written authorization from their guardians, notarized for validation.

* For anticipated morning arrivals prior to the standard check-in time (ECI), pre-registration is necessary to secure room availability upon arrival, and will incur a charge equivalent to one additional night. For check-outs before 6:00 p.m., an extra 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate will be charged, while departures after 6:00 p.m. will be charged at 100% (LCO) of the full daily rate. It is advisable to consult the hotel regarding availability in advance.
