* It is important to check the booking confirmation voucher. If the voucher indicates that no meal plan is associated with the reserved room, it signifies that breakfast is not included in the reservation. In this scenario, breakfast can be added as an additional service, payable directly at the hotel. Charges are applied on a per day and per guest basis.

* Be advised that a 10% service fee is not factored into the reservation total and will be charged at check-in for bookings with a refundable policy, or may be charged at any point for reservations under a flexible/non-refundable policy.

* The hotel holds the right to bill the complete stay along with the 10% service charge any time after the booking is made for flexible/non-refundable reservations.

* For requests related to refunds for erroneous charges, guests must reach out to the hotel directly.

* Accepted payment methods at the hotel include cash, debit cards (local cards), and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Elo—both local and international). Please note that checks are not accepted.

* For installment payments, only credit cards issued in Brazil are permissible. Additional hosting expenses cannot be paid in installments under any circumstance.

* Availability of cribs or extra beds is contingent upon the hotel’s capacity. Only when bookings are made for a triple room is the confirmation of a crib or extra bed guaranteed.

* Under the provisions of article 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while staying at the hotel. The minor should present an identity card or birth certificate along with written authorization from the responsible parties, duly notarized.

* For morning arrivals prior to standard check-in time (ECI), pre-registration is required to secure room availability upon guest arrival, which will incur a full charge for an additional night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate will be charged, and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior contact with the hotel regarding availability is essential.
