    If you reserve 5 or more rooms, it will be considered a group booking. The hotel will follow up with you directly to provide a deposit schedule, which will need to be settled in advance of your arrival. A €100.00 deposit per room per night will be required upon check-in for incidental expenses across all rooms. Guests using credit cards will have their card pre-authorized for the total amount, with any remaining balance released at check-out. For those paying with debit cards, the total charge will be taken upfront, with any remaining balance reimbursed in cash at check-out. Please be aware that all Special Requests are dependent on availability and may incur additional fees. A damage/noise deposit of €300 is also required upon arrival, and this will be collected in cash. You will receive your deposit back in cash at check-out, pending an inspection of the property and no noise disturbance complaints related to your stay.
