For bookings of 9 rooms or more, distinct policies and extra charges may be applicable.

Supplement fees are applicable solely for New Year’s Eve. A supplement of Rs.6000/- + 18% tax per person will be charged for December 31, 2022, New Year’s Eve. Rates include dinner and entertainment activities only. Additional taxes are not included. Supplement fees for children: Children up to 6 years old are complimentary. For children above 6 years up to 12 years old, the charge is Rs. 3000/- + 18% tax per child. Children above 12 years old will incur charges equal to adults, which is Rs. 6000/- + 18% tax per child. These supplemental fees are mandatory for all in-house guests. Supplement fees will be in addition to room rates. The New Year’s Eve party will take place at Khimsar Fort only. The hotel offers a transportation service (jeep) for guests staying at Khimsar Dunes to travel to the fort for the party.
