If you need additional items such as pillows or blankets, please make your request during these hours. Our staff will only address genuine emergencies during off-hours, including but not limited to TV issues, extra blankets, pillows, toilet paper, light bulbs, etc.
In the event of a power outage affecting the local area, you will need to wait for CFE to resolve the issue. This situation is more common during the Rainy and Hurricane Season, which spans from July to mid-October.
Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID and a credit card. Please be aware that all Special Requests are dependent on availability and may incur additional charges.
