For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, a pre-payment is necessary to secure the reservation. This pre-payment amounts to 10% of the total reservation cost and is only accepted via bank transfer. Payment by credit card is not an option. Please be aware that group reservations will not be validated until the hotel has received the pre-payment. This prepayment is non-refundable.
