Please be aware that the apartments reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards on the day of arrival for an amount of at least GBP 200. For reservations made on weekends, pre-authorization may go up to GBP 500.

As a measure to combat rising fraudulent activity in London, Flying Butler will require you to provide a copy of your photo ID along with a copy of the card used for booking when confirming your reservation. These documents can be securely emailed to the Flying Butler team. If you are unable to provide this information, your reservation payment cannot be processed, and the property will not accept the reservation.

If the maximum occupancy per apartment is exceeded without prior approval, guests will incur additional charges.

Flying Butler has a strict policy against parties and gatherings.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Failure to check in by 09:00 on the day following your scheduled arrival date, without notifying us of your intention to arrive later, may lead to the cancellation of your reservation.

This property does not permit hen, stag, or similar parties.

A damage deposit of £250 is required and will be charged three days before your arrival. This will be collected via credit card. You should expect to receive your reimbursement within 7 days of check-out, provided the property passes inspection.
