・For consecutive stays

“Basic cleaning” is provided on request.

Please place a cleaning request tag outside your door if you require room cleaning.

Basic cleaning includes the collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash removal.

・For stays of 7 nights or longer

In addition to the aforementioned basic cleaning, “full room cleaning” will be conducted once a week.

This includes making the bed, changing towels and nightwear, restocking room supplies, cleaning the area, and removing garbage.
