Please hang a cleaning request tag on your door if you would like assistance.

Basic cleaning encompasses the collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, sleepwear, and disposal of trash in bins.

・For guests staying 7 nights or longer

Along with the basic cleaning, “full room cleaning” will be conducted once a week.

This includes making the bed, changing towels and sleepwear, restocking room supplies, cleaning the room, and disposing of garbage from the bins.

Since our hotel is situated in the retail area of Shinkyogoku-dori, direct vehicle access is not possible.

If arriving by taxi, kindly disembark near the entrance of Shinkyogoku-dori on the Shijo-dori side (approximately a 1-minute walk).
