For group reservations consisting of 4 or more individuals, full payment may be asked for up to 7 – 14 days before arrival. In such cases, a fully refundable security cash deposit of EUR 25 per person could be necessary. For apartment bookings, a cash deposit of EUR 200 may be required. This amount will be refunded on your departure day, provided all house rules have been followed.
Please be aware that guests aged 0-18 years are not allowed to stay in dormitory accommodations.
When reserving 4 rooms or more, different policies and extra charges may apply.
