– For the APARTMENT WITH TERRACE, a damage deposit of EUR 300 will be required upon arrival. This deposit will be charged to your credit card and will be refunded within 7 days of check-out if no damage has occurred and all house rules have been adhered to during your stay.

– An additional fee of €30 applies for check-in after 20:00, and check-in after 00:00 incurs a charge of €50.

– Adhering to noise levels (including loud conversations and music) is crucial during your stay, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00. Parties and gatherings are strictly PROHIBITED. Neighbors may contact the POLICE if their peace is disrupted. A serious violation of this policy may lead to immediate TERMINATION of the contract without any refund of the accommodation fee or damage deposit.

– Prior to arrival, guests will receive a rental agreement that must be signed at the time of check-in.

– Please notify The White Flats Sant Antoni in advance regarding your expected arrival time, as there is no 24-hour reception available in the building.

– For the safety of everyone, please be aware that surveillance cameras are installed in the common areas of the building, specifically at the entrance and on each floor’s landings.

– The apartments feature air conditioning only in the living room; fans are provided in the bedrooms.

– Kindly note that there are 10 steps to navigate in order to access the elevator.
