Please be aware that a full charge will be applied for early departures or cancellations. – For reservations involving 3 bedrooms, cancellations must be made 1 week prior to arrival. – For group bookings ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms, the cancellation notice required is 2 weeks prior to arrival. – For group reservations of 6 bedrooms or more, a cancellation notice of 4 weeks prior to arrival is required. Non-compliance with the hotel’s cancellation policy will result in full charges being incurred. Please note: When using a debit/credit card, the payment for your stay at TheWesley will appear on your bank statement as “Methodist Int Centre”.
