The Waterfront Apartments offer budget-friendly accommodations in Greenock, featuring a secure entrance. Previously serving as student housing about nine years ago, these apartments are located on the seafront, only a five-minute stroll from Greenock Central Railway Station and the town center. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises, and our focus is on being clean, affordable, and welcoming.
Our location is conveniently situated directly across from Lidl in Greenock, right next door to the College, and we provide ample free parking. The earliest check-in time is 2 PM and the latest is 10 PM, with a check-out time of 10 AM.
While the office closes at 5 PM, if you arrive after hours and find the office closed, you can call the numbers posted on the door. We have an onsite caretaker who will be available within the building to assist you.

Each of our rooms is supplied with bed linens and towels, a flat-screen TV equipped with a DVD player or Freeview, and tea/coffee-making amenities. Every room includes a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and ensuite bathroom facilities, with half of the rooms offering stunning sea views.
Guests can utilize a fully equipped kitchen located on each floor.
Greenock Victoria Harbour is just a seven-minute walk away, and nearby attractions include the Waterfront Cinema, Waterfront Gym, and a local bingo hall, all within 50 to 300 yards. For local activities, you can enjoy golfing in Greenock, Gourock, and Port Glasgow, or hiking in the Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park, which is merely two miles away. Glasgow Airport is located 16 miles from us.
