Kindly be aware that a 1.5% surcharge applies when payments are made using Visa or Mastercard (including debit cards), Apple Pay, American Express, Union Pay, and Diners credit card. Payments made in cash, or through Savings or Chequing accounts incur no fees.
It is mandatory to present a valid credit card at check-in. This credit card must be under the same name as the guest listed on the booking confirmation.
Be informed that The Ultimo requires a pre-authorisation of AUD 50 on your credit card, or a deposit of AUD 200 in cash or Eftpos upon check-in to cover any incidental expenses. A credit card pre-authorisation is a hold placed on your account by your bank and does not deduct any funds. At check-out, any outstanding balance will be verified and charged to the provided card. If no balance is owed, the full amount will be released back to your account within 5-7 working days from your financial institution.
Please note that pets are only allowed in the Ultimo Courtyard Rooms.
A Covid-19 vaccination record is required for all guests aged 16 years and older. Entry to the hotel is not permitted without proof of full vaccination or a medical exemption.
