The Social Hub Bologna

The hotel is conveniently located next to Bologna Central train station, with public transportation options nearby. The city center is just a 20-minute walk away, and you can reach it even quicker by using one of our bikes.

Upon check-in, we will ask you to present your credit card. The name on the card must match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) provided at check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be shown in person (pictures or copies are not accepted).

Prepayment policies may differ depending on your selected preferences. Enter your stay dates to check the policy related to your preferred room and payment arrangements. For non-refundable bookings, the payment will be processed immediately after the reservation is made. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight the day before your arrival. The credit card used for the booking will be automatically charged the total amount of the reservation.

Your room will be cleaned daily, with towels and sheets changed every third day. We encourage you to reuse your towels by hanging them in the bathroom, which helps us conserve up to 60 liters of water per stay. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in your room. However, guide/assistance dogs are allowed upon request, so please contact the property for confirmation. All special requests are subject to availability.

Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel and is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

For hotel bookings, our properties allow guests aged 18 and older to stay unsupervised on the check-in date. Guests under the age of 18 may only stay at our hotels if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This policy is designed to safeguard the well-being of younger guests and ensure they receive proper guidance during their visit.

Couples have a strong preference for the location, giving it a rating of 8.4 for travel with a companion.
