The fine print
Essential information for guests staying at this property

As of January 1, 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night has been introduced for all international guests staying at the hotel. This tax is in addition to the room rate and must be settled during check-in. However, Malaysian nationals with a valid Identity Card or permanent residents with a MY PR Card are exempt from this charge. Furthermore, a heritage fee will be applicable per room per night, which should be settled directly with the hotel.

Car Park Notice: Please note that starting from April 7, 2023, parking bays on Level 3A & 3B are reserved solely for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter in the lobby before accessing these levels to take advantage of the RM 10 fee for their stay. Alternatively, hotel guests can park on Levels 7 & 8, which is complimentary. Levels 4 to 6 of the car park are fully operated by The Shore Shopping Gallery and incur hourly and daily charges.

Breakfast: The buffet breakfast will be charged as follows (unless the room & breakfast option is selected): Monday to Thursday: MYR 30 per adult / MYR 25 per child (ages 5 to 12). Friday to Sunday & Public Holidays: MYR 25 per adult / MYR 20 per child (ages 5 to 12).

Please note that each room reservation (breakfast included rates) covers breakfast for TWO GUESTS ONLY. Any additional breakfasts can be arranged at check-in.
