One child aged 0-12 years can stay for free during low seasons. To qualify for this offer, please include the child’s information and age in your reservation. Credit cards belonging to other individuals (such as parents, spouses, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student/Youth Policy (YEAR ROUND): Student/Youth travelers are defined as any guest aged 24 and younger traveling without a legal parent or guardian, applicable at ALL Oasis properties throughout the year. Generally, the Grand Oasis Cancún is the only property that will accept Student/Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Guests falling under the Student/Youth Traveler definition must adhere to the following conditions: § Upon check-in, guests will be required to pay a one-time Student/Youth resort fee (amounts may vary). This policy is compulsory, applies per person, and is non-refundable. Operators must inform all Students/Youths of this charge. The minimum age for hotel check-in is 18 years. Every room must have at least one person age 18 or older if occupied by anyone aged 17. All students under 18 must present a notarized consent from a parent or legal guardian, granting authorization and accepting responsibility for the guest. No individuals under 17 are permitted to occupy any room without the presence of a parent or legal guardian. Any student groups with guests under 18 will require chaperon(s). There must be one chaperon for every 1-19 students/youths under 18 years of age. The minimum age for a chaperon is 25. A special identification bracelet will be assigned to all students; this policy is in effect year-round. Please note that the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. An environmental fee and a resort fee per room per stay will be charged at check-in.

At check-in, guests will need to pay a one-time Student/Youth resort fee of $30.00 USD (charges apply for adults aged 18-25 staying from February to April. Cash Only. This policy is mandatory, per person, and non-refundable).

Guests must present a photo identification and credit card when checking in. Be aware that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
