The Royal Cancun® All Suites Resort is located on a serene beach along the north shore of the Cancun Hotel Zone, offering stunning views of the bay and Isla Mujeres. Guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout the property.

Each room is equipped with a kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The accommodations also include a living area with a pull-down Murphy bed, a dining space, and a private outdoor terrace ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining. Suite features comprise central air conditioning, televisions, DVD players, telephones, in-room safes, and hair dryers. All suites are designated as non-smoking.

The resort boasts two free-form swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, beach massage services, a mini market, bicycles, sailboats, a travel agency, car rentals, and an activities program catered to both children and adults. Guests can savor meals at La Palapa beach restaurant, The Italian Trattoria, and Sports Bar, as well as enjoy pool bars, a quick-service take-out food counter, pizza delivery, and room service. Additionally, a complimentary shuttle service is provided between other Royal Resorts in Cancun. The resort has its own water purification system.

Every reservation includes two complimentary tickets to the Cancun Mayan Museum; transportation is not included.
