    Important information for guests staying at this property

    The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service at consistent intervals from 08:00 to 21:00 (operating every 30 minutes), departing from the South Exit of JR Karuizawa Station. No prior reservation is needed.

    Guests can store their luggage at the Karuizawa Station Prince Hotel Guest Service Centre (located by the South Exit) and retrieve it at the front desk if desired.

    Please be aware that vehicle traffic, public transport, and shuttle operations might experience disruptions due to heavy snowfall. We recommend checking weather conditions beforehand.

    A shuttle to the hot spring is offered, with an approximate travel time of 13 minutes.

    If an adult guest has chosen a meal plan, children aged 4 and above will incur a charge for their meals. Payment for children’s meals should be made at the property’s restaurant.
