Location, Location, Location! This property is located directly across from “The Hole in the Wall Beach” and Niantic’s Boardwalk, which is one of the longest in Connecticut, stretching over a mile. Niantic is a charming seaside village in New England that offers all the charm without the congestion. Here, you’ll find gift shops, numerous five-star restaurants, a bookstore, bike shops, bakeries, a dedicated playhouse for live performances, a children’s museum, parks, and hiking trails.

We have recently updated and remodeled our suites. Each suite is generously sized, featuring comfortable mattresses, 55-inch smart TVs, dining tables, futons or couches, air conditioning, and many rooms include kitchenettes equipped with pots, pans, and settings for four, complete with kitchen cabinets, a stovetop, as well as refrigerators and microwaves in all rooms. All bedding, blankets, comforters, bed skirts, sheets, decorative pillows, and shower curtains are thoroughly cleaned for every new guest. Additional amenities include hair dryers, closets, coffee pots, and complimentary tea and coffee for our guests. Our property also features a lovely stamped concrete patio with plenty of seating available in our private outdoor lounge area. We provide free parking, beach passes (available at an additional cost—call for pricing), and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi/internet for all our guests.
