This property does not permit hen, stag, or similar gatherings.

Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, a digital trust platform designed to enhance the confidence of Hosts, Operators, and Guests in the short-term rental industry.

Upon booking, you will receive communication from SUPERHOG for verification and will be required to pay a £650 deposit or a £35 damage waiver. There is a £10 fee applied to the damage deposit transaction. This verification process through SUPERHOG must be completed two weeks prior to your check-in date.

A damage deposit of £650 is required. This amount will be charged days before your arrival and will be collected via credit card. You should expect to receive your deposit back within 7 days of checking out. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card, subject to a property inspection.
