– COMPLETE silence is expected from 10pm to 8am, throughout the apartment and in the building (including stairs, elevator, etc.). If any neighbor complains about excessive noise, you will be asked to vacate the apartment immediately, with no refund and forfeiting your security deposit.

– NO additional guests are allowed beyond those specified in the reservation.

– Access to the shared terrace is exclusive to our guests from 9:00am to 11:00pm (NO outside guests permitted).

– Additional charges for late check-in payable upon arrival: From 21:00 to 23:00: 30 EUR. From 23:00 to 01:00: 40 EUR. All late arrival requests must be confirmed by the property. Check-in is not available after 1am.
