Additionally, by incorporating Nepali designs, artifacts, linens, and upholstery, we promote local craftsmanship that is quintessentially Nepali and work to revive traditional crafts and cultural knowledge unique to Nepal. Our spa and bathroom amenities are crafted in-house at the Pancha Kosha Himalayan Spa, drawing from the wisdom of ancient Ayurveda, Buddhist medicine, and traditional Himalayan practices utilizing indigenous Himalayan herbs. We advocate for and implement natural, indigenous, and organic farming methods across our six eco-organic farms located throughout the country, thereby contributing to environmental preservation. In celebration of the bounty provided by nature, we consciously work to present unadulterated, authentic culinary experiences featuring pure and natural ingredients. Our Food Principles emphasize serving organic, seasonal, and locally-sourced food wherever possible to make a meaningful impact wherever we can.
