To confirm your reservation, a valid credit or debit card is required. This card must have sufficient funds to cover the total cost of your stay; failure to meet this will result in cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellations must be made 3 full days before your scheduled arrival. A late cancellation will incur a fee equal to the total price of your stay for flexible bookings, while non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or change.
For no-show reservations, the charge incurred will be the same as that of late cancellations, which encompasses the full price of your stay.
Group bookings, defined as any reservation for more than 8 individuals, adhere to a cancellation policy of one month prior to arrival, with full payment required at that time. If you make your reservation via a travel agency like Booking.com, these terms still apply.
All reservations will be charged 2 days before arrival as outlined in the cancellation policy, and cash payments are not accepted.
Management reserves the right to deny entry.
Children under 18 are prohibited from staying in shared dorms and may only book private rooms when accompanied by an adult. (Booking a shared dorm will incur the cancellation fee)
Photo identification must be presented upon check-in – acceptable forms include a passport or driver’s license.
