Please be aware that access to the indoor spa—which features a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, hammam, fitness area, relaxation zone, and herbal tea room—is available from 09:00 to 19:45 for adults. Children aged 11 years and below can access the spa from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 19:45 while accompanied by an adult.
Reservations for spa treatments must be made at least 2 weeks ahead of time.
The outdoor saltwater pools are available from 09:00 to 19:45 for both adults and children. One of these pools is heated during the summer months.
Please note that the indoor swimming pool is unavailable during July and August.
Guests must present a photo ID and credit card at check-in. Be advised that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
