Guests staying in the Swiss Advantage Room, Swiss Select Room, or Executive Room or Suite can enjoy complimentary access to gym and pool facilities. Additionally, those in the Executive Room or Suite benefit from free access to the hot tub, sauna, and public baths.
Children under 6 years are not allowed to utilize the fitness facilities.
Children under 16 years old must be supervised by an adult in the pool and spa areas.

Guests arriving via Nankai Railway’s Namba Station can access the property directly using the escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing area.
For those coming from Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the nearest exits are Exit 4 and 5.
The name on the credit card used for booking must match the name of the guest staying at the property. If reservations are made by a third party, an authorisation form must be completed along with a copy of the individual’s ID and credit card.
