    Important information for guests at this property

    Starting from 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night will be levied on all foreign guests. This tax is separate from the room rate and is required to be settled at check-in. Guests presenting a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt from this charge. Children aged 11 years and under can stay for free on a bed-only basis when utilizing existing bedding; breakfast is not included.

    RENOVATION NOTICE:

    As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our property and its facilities, we will be entering the final phase of our renovation, starting from 1 November 2024 until 30 April 2025. Our Lobby, Garden Terrace Restaurant, and Swiss Deli will undergo considerable upgrades.

    Throughout this period, our Hibiscus Hall will serve as the breakfast venue, while the Blossom Chinese Restaurant will provide service for lunch and dinner guests. We assure you that any disruptions will be minimal as all guests will be assigned rooms away from the construction zones. All other services will continue to be operational and available for guest use.

    Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID and a credit card. Please be aware that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
