• Our hearty Full English breakfast is served at the Cast Iron Bar & Grill located on the ground floor. Full English Breakfast is included with Club Room bookings.
• Our Pet Policy permits a maximum of 1 pet in designated rooms for an extra cleaning fee of £25. Please note that pets are not allowed in Suites.
• The Hotel Hoppa Bus service runs between Terminals 2, 3, and 5 and the hotel. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver or from self-service machines located inside the terminal buildings.
The credit card utilized at the time of booking must remain valid for the entire duration of your stay. Please present the same credit card used for booking at check-in. If you are unable to provide this credit card, the hotel reserves the right to request an alternative form of payment.
