Credit/Debit Card Policy:
At check-in, Debit and Credit cards will be authorized for the total amount of your stay, plus an additional amount to cover any incidentals. This authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which point you will be charged for the actual amount incurred during your stay. Please be aware that the authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, and the hotel will not be liable for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy:
Third Party Credit Card: Third-party credit card forms are not permitted. Bank transfers and CHAPS payments are accepted.
Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available upon approval from the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must send a fax with an invoice request to the hotel, including the precise charges to be invoiced.
Dogs weighing under 25 kilos are permitted in guest rooms at no additional cost. Guide dogs are exempt from weight restrictions. A pet liability waiver must be signed at check-in. A “pet in room” sign must be visibly displayed on the door of the guest room. Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended in a guest room, must be leashed or muzzled in public spaces, and are prohibited from food and drink venues. The hotel maintains the right to charge a guest’s credit card for any extra cleaning or damages caused by a dog.
