At check-in, debit and credit cards will be pre-authorised for the total amount of your stay plus an additional GBP 100 per room, per night to cover any incidental charges. This authorisation will reserve the funds until check-out, when the actual expenses incurred during your stay will be charged. Please be aware that pre-authorised amounts may take up to 30 days to be released by your bank or financial institution after departure, and the hotel cannot be held responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Children can be accommodated in rooms based on bedding availability. Pets are permitted in select room categories under the following terms: – Pets must weigh 20lbs / 9.1kg or less. – A non-refundable deposit of GBP 100 will be required at arrival. – A contract/waiver must be signed upon arrival. – Pets are not allowed in bars or restaurants. – Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms. Please be advised that the cardholder must be present at check-in with the same card used for the booking. If the card is not available, another payment method will be requested by the property. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly forbidden throughout the premises with the exception of the patios associated with Superior Patio Rooms. Kindly note that if any guest is caught smoking on-site, a charge of £350 will be added to the bill. Smoking is permitted on the terrace of the 12th Knot bar from the opening time until 10:00 p.m. Additionally, guests can smoke along the river walk adjacent to the hotel where cigarette disposal posts are provided. Starting July 2023, a discretionary service charge of 5% on accommodation will be included in your final bill at check-out. This charge is shared among our staff.
