    We would like to inform you that extensive renovation work on the outer wall is set to commence on the following dates/times.

    ■ Renovation dates: March 1, 2023 (Wednesday) to November 15, 2023 (Wednesday) *Please be aware that the timeframe may be extended due to adverse weather conditions.

    *Expected completion: Scheduled for Thursday, November 30, 2023

    ■Operational hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (noise disturbances: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

    ■Scope of work: Exterior wall painting and replacement of guest room window sashes

    *Scaffolding will be erected around the entire building, and the whole structure will undergo treatment.

    *There may be construction noise during the assembly or disassembly of scaffolding, replacement of window sashes in guest rooms, or foundation repairs. (This includes temporary construction work, foundation repairs, sash replacement, sealing, painting, etc.)

    【Important Notes】

    *Throughout the renovation period, there may be instances when workers adjust the scaffolding, leading to periods where the window sashes in guest rooms are covered by protective film, causing obstruction of the view.

    *We will make every effort to minimize noise and vibration, but some disturbances may occur during daytime hours.
