    The bedding arrangement is not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival, depending on availability.

    Lagoon Tower Improvement Project – The Royal Kona Resort consists of three separate towers housing guest accommodations: Alii Tower, Bay Tower, and Lagoon Tower. Currently, exterior restoration is taking place at the Lagoon Tower, situated at the southern end of the resort grounds. No exterior restoration is being conducted at either the Alii Tower or the Bay Tower. Guests reserving at the Royal Kona Resort will be assigned to either the Alii Tower or the Bay Tower, unless they have specifically opted for rooms in the Lagoon Tower, which are being offered at a reduced rate labeled as “Lagoon Tower Renovation Rates.” Resort visitors may notice scaffolding, repair work, and painting happening at the Lagoon Tower. While efforts will be made to minimize noise, guests might still hear some work in progress. The project on the Lagoon Tower is scheduled from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Our Lagoon Tower Improvement Project will take place throughout 2024 (dates may change).
