Unfortunately, we do not have a reception, so it is necessary to arrange a meeting in front of the apartment building. The specified arrival time can be modified without charge up to one day before your arrival. Changes to the arrival time within the last 24 hours before arrival cannot be made without incurring a fee. If you are arriving by airplane or train, we kindly ask for your flight number, which allows us to track any potential flight delays online, and there is no additional charge for this service. However, please note that we do impose a waiting fee in case of delays, which must be settled in cash upon arrival in euros or HUF. The first half hour of delay is complimentary; after that, there will be a charge of 1 euro for every 6 minutes. For unannounced delays, we can wait for the guest for up to 90 minutes.
