Starting from 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night will be charged to all foreign visitors. This fee is not included in the room rate and must be settled upon check-in. Guests possessing a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a permanent residency MY PR Card are exempt. Please be aware that the guest checking in must be a minimum of 18 years old.

The hotel will require a refundable deposit of MYR 100 for incidental expenses at the time of check-in.

The name on the credit card utilized for the reservation must match the name of the guest staying at the hotel. If your booking is made by a third party, you will need to fill out an authorization form and present a copy of that person’s ID along with their credit card.

Please keep in mind that the individual checking in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are obliged to pay the full amount of their stay seven days before their arrival to confirm the reservation.

Be advised that the hotel does not accept credit or debit cards from third parties. You should present the same credit card used to secure your booking during check-in or when making payments at the hotel.

If you plan to use the credit card of another cardholder for payment, please send the following to the hotel before your arrival: – An authorization letter with the cardholder’s signature – A copy of the cardholder’s credit card (both front and back along with the cardholder’s signature)

Note that the hotel may reach out to the cardholder for verification. For security reasons, credit cards used for non-refundable bookings must be shown at check-in.

A heritage fee of RM 3 per room per night is charged to all guests. This fee is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.

Please be aware that all receipts can be collected from the Front Office at check-out.

A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required upon arrival. This will be collected in cash and is refundable at check-out, provided that the property passes inspection.
