As of 1st January 2023, a tourist levy of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all international visitors. This fee is separate from the room rate and must be settled during check-in. Guests who hold a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt from this fee. Please be aware that the guest checking in must be at least 18 years of age. Reservations must be fully paid 7 days prior to arrival to confirm the booking.

It is important to note that the hotel does not accept credit or debit cards from third parties. Guests are required to present the same credit card used for booking when checking in or making payments at the hotel.

If you plan to use a credit card belonging to someone else, please provide the following information to the hotel before your arrival: – An authorization letter with the cardholder’s signature – A copy of the cardholder’s credit card (both front and back with cardholder’s signature)

Please be aware that the hotel may reach out to the cardholder for verification. For security reasons, credit cards used for non-refundable bookings must be shown at check-in.

As of 1st January 2023, kindly remember that all receipts can be collected from the Front Office upon check-out!

A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be taken as a cash payment and will be refunded at check-out, provided the property is inspected and found to be in good order.
