Depending on your arrival time, keys will be provided by either the Property Manager or Security: From 9 AM to 6 PM: The Property Manager will greet you, provide a brief overview of the property, and deliver the keys. From 6 PM to 9 AM: Security will hand you the keys and guide you to your unit. The Property Manager is available via phone and will offer an introduction to the property the following morning.
The pool is operational with specific time slots to adhere to due to the Coronavirus guidelines.
Kindly be aware that there is a 2.5% fee for payments made with Visa and Mastercard credit cards, while a 5% fee applies for payments made with American Express credit cards.
