Due to the architectural design of the apartment building, steep stairs provide access to the apartments and studio rooms, and there is no lift available, which may not suit guests with mobility challenges. The Queens Hotel and Spa complex does feature a lift to all levels, though not all room types are suitable for wheelchair access.
Special dining menus will be available for guests wishing to eat in the hotel on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with pre-booking essential. The hotel will reach out to provide more details and pricing.
