It is essential that the name on the credit card used for the reservation matches the name of the guest staying at the property. If the booking is made by a third party, an authorization form must be completed, and a copy of the individual’s ID along with the credit card should be provided.

Reservations made from 26 January 2023 onwards include the Compulsory Gala Dinner for New Year’s Eve (31 December) for 2 Adults within the room rates.
