Important information for guests staying at this property

Under Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to check into hotels unless accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is traveling with someone other than their parents, a notarized written authorization from both parents is required for the hotel check-in. This authorization must include notarized copies of the parents’ identification.

During check-in, children without their parents must provide an authorization that is signed by both parents along with original identification documents. If children are accompanied by their parents, they will also need to present original identification documents.

It is important to note that the credit card used to secure the booking must belong to one of the guests. For reservations made under Non-Refundable rates, a payment link will be sent to your message inbox through the Booking.com platform. The credit card utilized must be presented at check-in.

If the credit card cannot be presented, the total reservation amount will be charged again to the guest’s own credit card or through another payment method, such as a debit card, cash, or PIX. In such cases, the amount originally charged to the credit card during booking will be refunded.

For bookings made by third parties, payments should be processed solely using PIX.
