Important information for guests at this establishment

As per Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, individuals under the age of 18 cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or an authorized adult. If the minor is with a guardian other than their parents, a notarized written authorization must be provided to allow the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be signed by both parents and accompanied by notarized copies of their identification.

Additionally, all minors under 18 must present a valid photo ID to verify their identity as well as that of their parents. This verification is required even if they are accompanied by their parents.

Be aware that the credit card used for the booking needs to be in the name of one of the guests. For reservations made at Non-Refundable rates, the reservation center will send a payment link to your inbox via the Booking.com platform. The card must be shown at check-in.

If you cannot present the credit card, the total reservation amount will be charged again to the guest’s own credit card or through another payment method, such as a debit card, cash, or PIX. In this scenario, the initial amount charged to the credit card upon booking will be refunded.

For bookings made by third parties, payment should solely be done via PIX.
