The property offers boat transfers managed by a third-party company for an additional fee. Departures for the boat transfers from Sihanoukville are scheduled for 09:00, 12:00, and 15:00, with an estimated travel time of 30 to 45 minutes to Koh Rong Sanloem. A return ticket is valid for travel from both Koh Rong and Koh Rong Sanloem.

The property can facilitate airport transfers from Sihanoukville International Airport and Phnom Penh International Airport to the pier where the ferry to the island departs.
