If you do not check in by 23:00 local time on your arrival day without notifying the property beforehand, your booking will be canceled, and the full cost of the accommodation will be charged to your account.

Your suite will receive Express Service every three (3) days, which includes making the beds with existing linens, changing towels, replenishing amenities, stacking the dishwasher, and taking out the trash. For stays exceeding 7 nights, your suite will be given a Full Service, fully cleaning it and changing all linens once every seven (7) days. A valid form of identification must match the credit, debit, or EFTPOS card at check-in.

A security bond is also needed during check-in, which will be refunded upon departure.
