HOUSE RULES POLICY

– SECURITY / DAMAGE DEPOSIT: RM300.00 (OR EQUIVALENT CURRENCIES) is required upon arrival in CASH only. Your deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, pending a property inspection.

– NO OUTSIDE VISITORS: To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, outside visitors are not allowed to enter the villa.

– NO PARTIES: Parties are strictly PROHIBITED at the premises.

– NO PETS: Pets are NOT permitted within the premises.

– QUIET HOURS: While all villa pools are accessible 24 hours, please observe “Quiet Hours” from 22:00 to 08:00 to maintain peace for all guests.

– LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY: This is dependent on villa availability, and additional charges may apply.

– SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa (including Living Room, Kitchen, Bedrooms, and Bathroom). A cleaning fee of RM500.00 will be charged to any guest who breaches the smoking policy. Guests wishing to smoke may do so in the outdoor areas of the villa.

– COOKING POLICY: Cooking within the villa premises is strictly forbidden to prevent hazards like fires and damage to the property. A penalty of RM500.00 will be charged to those violating the cooking policy.

– STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Only children aged 6 and under may stay for free with an existing bed (EXCEPT in the STANDARD VILLA). These limits are established for guest safety, comfort, and privacy, and to prevent excessive wear and tear.

– HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT: to deny entry to any additional guests exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for that room type, without any refund.

Guests must present a photo identification and credit card at check-in. Please be aware that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Payment prior to arrival via bank transfer is mandatory. The property will reach out to you after booking to provide further instructions.

This property does not host hen, stag, or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.

Guests under 18 may only check in with a parent or official guardian.
