    For reservations of 6 rooms or more, different policies and extra fees will be applied. The property will reach out to the guest after their booking.

    If you are traveling with a dog, please be aware that there is an additional fee of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for a maximum of 2 dogs, per night. Dogs are permitted in specific guest rooms—please inform the hotel in advance.

    Unfortunately, we do not offer on-site parking. The closest parking facility is the Q Park located next to the hotel. We provide a partner discount of 20%, and tickets must be pre-booked through the Q Park website. Use the code MMMB20 and enter your vehicle registration number to allow the barriers to open for you. If you wish to enter and exit more than once during your stay, please select the multiple entry option.

    Please be aware that the Spa is closed on Tuesdays. Spa access is complimentary; however, it is subject to availability for hotel guests on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be accessed from check-in time (3pm) until check-out time (11am). Guaranteed spa access is only available through a spa day package booking or an overnight spa package. Additionally, all spa guests must be over 16 years of age, and those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

    The rates that include breakfast feature a Full-cooked breakfast, while the dinner-inclusive rates consist of 2 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements may apply to specific items. These inclusions are applicable solely to adults. Children’s breakfasts are not included in the displayed rates, and the charges are as follows payable directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5-11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% of full price/12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. A Kids Dinner Menu is also available.
