Spa treatments are offered at an extra cost and need to be scheduled in advance. Access to spa facilities, including the pool, is limited and should be reserved prior to your arrival to ensure availability.

Children aged 16 and under are permitted to use the swimming pool between 8:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 in the designated children’s lanes, provided they are accompanied by an adult. Children are not allowed in the Thermal Suite and Hydro Pool.

– Hotel Guests: you can access the leisure facilities from 12:00 on the day of check-in until 11:00 on the day of check-out. This rule is waived if you have a spa treatment scheduled before 12:00 on your arrival day or 11:00 on your departure day.

– Day Spa Visitors: you may have access to leisure facilities for up to 90 minutes both before and after your spa treatments.

For rates that include dinner, a GBP 30 voucher per person will be issued for dining.

Dogs are allowed in ground-floor rooms at a fee of GBP 20 per room per night, which includes a dog basket and bowl. Guide or service dogs are welcome at no extra charge.
