Essential Information for Guests at This Property

Please be aware that all guest names, including those of children, must be provided at the time of booking. Additionally, it’s necessary to specify the ages of the children.

Children may use the swimming pool at the spa during the following hours: 09:00-10:30 and 15:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holiday Monday from 09:00-10:30, 15:00-16:30, and 17:00-18:30.

If you plan to bring your dogs during your stay, please indicate this in advance within the Special Requests section when booking, as dog-friendly rooms are subject to availability.

Adam’s Brasserie operates daily from 12:00 to 22:00. The Wernher Restaurant serves dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as Sunday Lunch from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. While there is no strict dress code, most guests opt for smart casual or formal attire.

Rates for dinner, bed, and breakfast include a three-course dinner in Adam’s Brasserie per adult. Children’s rates only cover breakfast, with dinner billed separately.

To ensure you have a table at either of the hotel’s restaurants, advanced reservations are necessary. You can reach the hotel using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.

Guests who wish to schedule spa treatments are encouraged to book them in advance.

Residents are granted complimentary spa access from 3 PM on the day of check-in until 11 AM on the day of check-out. Any access outside of these hours will incur a fee of £30 per adult and £10 per child.

Please note that for bookings of five rooms or more, different policies and deposit requirements will apply.
